TENTANG GAME INI
Cerita dimulai dimana Pemain pun dikejar oleh cross yg sudah dipecat dari Rockport Police Department menjadi Pemburu Hadiah. Namun cross yg ingin menangkap pun dihentikan Darius. Dari Jalanan, terlihat Nikki yg ingin menemu Darius Dan Pemain dalam keadaan tidak senang. Setelah itu cross membajak Mobil Pemain serta Pemain mengikuti Nikki Dan bertemu Neville. Setelah itu Nikki, Neville Dan Pemain pun balapan di San Juan. Nikki pun mencontohkan Pemain yaitu sebuah jurus2 teman Pemain seperti Blockers, Scout Dan draft. Setelah itu Nikki pergi serta Neville menemani Pemain dari san juan ke palmont. Namun saat Neville menemani Pemain, Polisi pun datang Dan mengejari Pemain. Pemain pun akhirnya menghancurkan Polisi Dan mendapat rumah serte pertemanan dari Neville.
Setelah anda menguasai Kempton, Fortuna Dan downtown. Darius pun mengundang Pemain ke daerah tertentu di downtown. Darius Dan cross membuka niatnya sambil memborgol Pemain untuk dibawa ke rockport. Namun Nikki menyelamatkan Pemain Dan Rifaldy pun langsung pergi Dan Nikki menjadi teman Pemain.
